Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Non-Returnable Items To maintain high hygiene standards for our jewelry and accessories, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or damaged. Additionally, please note that all purchases made during a Super Sale, or those using a discount coupon, are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Return Inspection: Refunds are only processed once the item has been returned to our store and successfully inspected.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 20 business days for the refund to be completed after we receive your item.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Item Condition:

    • Products must be returned in their original condition.

    • If our team notices the product has been used or the tags have been removed/cut, you will only be eligible for a partial refund of 25% of the purchase price.
